This could be a great addition to any boxing game. Chemistry could be a huge deciding factor on how long a boxer stays with his team;trainers,manager, and promoter. It could be a whole team situation or individual. He many leave his trainer but stick with his manager/promoter.
This area of a boxing game could work very similar to a basketball game. The boxer may be dissatisfied with how he's being moved. This could be because of his performance. A boxing on a winning streak with huge wins(KO's or crowd pleasing wins) may want to move faster than his promoter or manager is pushing him or he may want bigger money fights at lower risk.
What factors should come into play for these different chemistries to work?
-Boxer Chemistry- teachability, listener, attitude, respect, integrity, quick learner, wreckless, confused, easily distracted, argutive, stubborn
-Trainer(s) Chemistry- teacher, student of the game, control, patience, psychology, doesn't know much, scared of boxer, loud
-Promoter/Manager Chemistry- boxer wellness,money,father figure,slow mover, charisma
-TV Station Chemistry- push a boxer image,
-Cable Company Chemistry- push a boxer image,
